I am wondering if you will be having vendors and if so, what days and what price? Is there any other information for vendors.
Hi James – we’re looking at a nominal fee of $50 for vendors and you pay for whatever meals you eat. (if you stay at the conference hotel, breakfast is included with the cost of the room) We’ll provide a secured vending room, table, etc. for you. Vending days available will be Sunday the 10th and Tuesday the 12th. Monday is the travel day, so folks will be away from the conference center/hotel. Vendors will be set up in the same room as the snacks, and the plan is to open up the lunchroom so that folks have the opportunity to eat lunch and browse the vendors at the same time. You should get really good access to the attendees. I’m working with the hotel to set up vending on Saturday as well.
