“The on-line registration option for the 2014 Conference is now LIVE and can
be accessed from the ALHFAM website. From there you can either complete
payment via paypal (easiest option) or print a copy of your registration
form and mail it along with a cheque or money order in Canadian funds. The
printed conference guide was mailed on Friday so should be hitting your
mail boxes soon!
