John T. Schlebecker was one of the founding members of ALHFAM. He worked as curator of the agricultural collections at the Smithsonian Institution and served as ALHFAM Secretary/Treasurer for many years. The award named in his honor is given to those who have served ALHFAM in extraordinary and generous ways. John Caramia was given this award last evening at the banquet. Congratulations!
